Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following requirements must be met:

The return request must be made within 15 days of delivery
The product must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
All packaging, seals, and labels must remain intact
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used products
Items that have been improperly stored or handled
Products returned without prior authorization
Items not purchased directly from Australia Research Peptides

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer:

A replacement of the same item, or
A full refund, depending on availability and your preference

To request this, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order with supporting evidence.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly.

Include the following:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The product is defective
The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
